1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between jillbd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who registers an account, accesses, or otherwise uses the jillbd website located at https://jillbd.org and all associated services, including online slots, live casino games, sports betting, crash games, and any other product offered through the Platform.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

2.4 If jillbd determines at any time that a registered player is under the age of 21, the account will be permanently closed, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any deposited funds may be returned to the original payment source at jillbd's sole discretion. Winnings accumulated by an underage player will be forfeited in full.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Each individual may hold only one registered account on the jillbd Platform. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jillbd reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances held within them.

3.2 You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladeshi mobile number, and a valid email address. You are obligated to update your account information promptly should any of these details change.

3.3 Accounts may not be registered or operated on behalf of another person. Account sharing, transfer, or sale to a third party is prohibited.

3.4 jillbd reserves the right to require additional documentation to verify your identity, address, source of funds, or payment method at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.

4. Account Security

4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jillbd username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number or email address. jillbd will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

4.2 You must notify jillbd support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that unauthorised access to your account has occurred.

4.3 jillbd will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jillbd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. jillbd does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency accounts, or third-party payment accounts not registered in the player's own name.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum first deposit on jillbd is ৳500. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits for individual payment methods are displayed at the point of transaction within your account. These limits are subject to change without prior notice.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your jillbd balance within 30 seconds under normal network conditions. Bank transfer and card deposits may take up to two business hours to appear. jillbd is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or banking infrastructure outside of our control.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts to bKash and Nagad are processed same-day during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Bank transfer withdrawals are completed within one to two business days. jillbd reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.

5.5 Own-Account Restriction

All deposits to jillbd must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment account used for your most recent deposit where technically possible. Deposits from accounts belonging to third parties will be returned and may result in account suspension.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms prevail.

6.2 All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements ("turnover requirements") that must be satisfied in full before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the specific promotion terms.

6.3 jillbd reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus is cancelled due to a breach of these Terms or specific promotion terms, all associated bonus funds and related winnings will be forfeited.

6.4 Bonuses are intended for individual recreational use only. Evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, use of automated software to exploit promotional offers, or coordinated play designed to artificially meet wagering requirements will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related winnings.

• Accessing jillbd using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors in any game or platform feature.

9. Responsible Gaming

11.3 jillbd's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Account Closure and Termination

Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within five business days, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
